Custom Work

Fill the form and provide the required information as detailed as possible, to facilitate the designer and shorten the time used in design process.

You will be asked to read the Agreement, fill out Custom work details, and Client details after this.
The process will take less than 5 minutes to complete.

Start Filling the Form:

It is very recommended for you to prepare your Detailed Brief, References, Samples, Sketches, and Instructions before you start.

Before you proceed to request a new custom work, please read and accept these terms and conditions.

  • Design Concept
    1. Clients must provide a detailed design concept before the project begins, as the design will be created based on the client’s instructions.
  • Revisions
    • One (1) concept revision is allowed if the initial concept does not meet expectations after the preview.
    • Once the initial concept is approved, clients are entitled to three (3) free minor revisions.
    • Any additional revisions will incur a 50% fee for every three (3) extra revisions.
  • Payment
    • Payment is divided into two (2) types, accepted via PayPal or CashApp (PayPal is recommended):
      • Installment; of which divided into two (2) installments, with 50% deposit before work begins, and 50% final payment upon project completion.
      • In Full; of which 100% upfront final payment paid before work begins.
  • Turnaround Time
    • The estimated design completion time is 4-5 days after the deposit is received and the preview is sent.
  • Final Deliverables
    • Clients will receive two (2) color variations of the design along with a tech pack (without measurements).
  • File Delivery
    • Clients must carefully review the design before it is sent via email. Any changes requested after delivery will be subject to additional fees.
    • The final design files will be provided in PNG, JPEG, and PDF formats (vector/AI files are not included as Adobe Photoshop is used).
    • Files will be sent via link in our Cloud Storage, with a one-month download limit. Clients are advised to download them as soon as possible.
  • Final DeliverablesCancellation Policy
    • If the 50% deposit is paid but the client fails to respond within 14 days, the deposit will be forfeited.
